It was fairly clean, breakfast was tasty and lovely. The staff was lovely and wonderful, offered concierge service, wake up service, and ironing free of charge. We really enjoyed marvellous and stunning location right at Porta Nuova. It was located in a lovely area near the Milano " party " district. Had fresh and freshly made meal in the restaurant. Had a fabulous stay in three nights of stay, and would come here again.

The location was particularly good, you can visit Porta Nuova by walking. The breakfasts were generous with great view on Milan and juices, as for instance.

we loved the varied continental breakfast. the staff were excellent, gentle, will be back. its location was incredible, so close to the famous eataly shop.

Its location not too far from Corso Como was excellent and stunning. The continental breakfast was savoury and delicious.

The workers were gentle. The rooms were brand-new with amazing garden view, everything was really perfect.

The staff were busy, didn't expect that coming.

For the money we paid, the value was exceptional. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location was great, with easy access to the metro and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff treated us with kindness and went above and beyond to help us, from providing refreshing cucumber water upon our arrival to assisting us with finding an adaptor and lending us umbrellas for the rain.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety and self-service options.

The room I stayed was spacious, although I didn't use a kitchen. Also quiet and clean.

Expensive because of Milano Salone.

Convenient Location, very close to train station and some nice restaurants, bars and shops

No minibar in the room! So when you wake up thirsty you have to go down and buy a bottle of water from reception! Also there is no dark curtains to block sunshine coming in your face in the morninng!!

It was a JUST PERFECT stay in three nights of stay. I had a budget double room with a fantastic view of garden. The location was excellent for walking around Corso Como. Shopping centres and a bakery were right next door.

We spent 2 nights in a double room with sofa and the best housekeeping and an amazing view. The morning meal was generous and varied with juices, nice view and also pastries...

Didn't like the area, it was very busy.

Spacious and beautiful room with a great view. The bathroom was clean and functional. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from many restaurants and cafes. I appreciated the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff when I needed directions to a nearby attraction. I recommend this hotel.
